"Updated 8/31/26. Office is worthless. Stay away!!!!!!! I don’t know why he has reviews that say otherwise. They are negligent in a false claim and told us “ yeah sorry nothing we can do” then Kiara accused me a calling in the same claim twice on the same accident on the same vehicle on the same day under both names listed under insurance. They have absolutely failed us and other agents in the area are absolutely shocked at the incompetence. Tommy woods and staff just thought it was normal they receive two identical accident claims back to back and not call us or fix it immediately since Kiara said that they are notified immediately when a claim is put in.

Agent failed to do there job. Let us take a hit because they never did the correct steps with underwriting. They put in a false claim that they never noticed until I had a call with corporate. The agent (Tommy woods office) said “oh no that definitely shouldn’t be there I will get this resolved immediately. GOOD THING YOU CAUGHT IT BECAUSE WE DEFINITELY DIDN’T” Are you kidding me?! Thats what Tommy woods agent said to us as she assured it will be resolved immediately. The woman Sandra at corporate tried calling the office 5 times while I was on hold and it just rang and rang till voicemail. Which apparently someone should always be able to answer the phone.

Crooked and disconnected from their clients. Lack of training disengage employees? I’m not really sure the issue. But Sandra at corporate said to “Immediately change agents, her agent would never have let this happen.”"
