"Melissa Moore is the ABSOLUTE best insurance agent or any company representative for that matter. I have left insurance companies solely to follow her and her unbeatable customer service. It’s not normal to get excited over insurance or brag about your rep and I literally tell everyone I can to call her and switch and if the policy costs more to still switch! "When my 17 years old got her license, Liberty mutual quote raised my premium for nearly $3,400 just for adding her, at this point I decided to shop around and Although every other insurance providers came around $200 plus and other about $300 dollars cheaper, I decided to call state farm and I'm glad I did....and I had Kierra Woods quote me for a new policy I and she was so patient and knowledgeable, she gave us so made discounts and explained the in's *& outs and came nearly $3000 less than liberty mutual as my premium was being raised to nearly $8,350 vrs $5,350 with full cover, I can't stress enough how helpful Kierra was... A real pleasure to work with and will recommend her!!!!"
