Melissa Moore is the ABSOLUTE best insurance agent or any company representative for that matter. I have left insurance companies solely to follow her and her unbeatable customer service. It’s not normal to get excited over insurance or brag about your rep and I literally tell everyone I can to call her and switch and if the policy costs more to still switch! She has helped me with numerous calls and vehicle changes and accidents in the past and it was truly like having a friend in my corner to help me along the way. She’s the best there is hands down.
